CEO/Managing Partner Summit

Join fellow Aprio Alliance CEOs and Managing Partners in Toronto for dedicated time focused on leadership-level topics shaping firms today.

The CEO/Managing Partner Summit is a two-day, in-person experience designed for firm leaders and centered on our theme, Leading the Next Era of Partnerships, Technology, and Talent.

Over two days, leaders will explore areas critical to firm success:

• Day 1 focuses on partner‑level leadership challenges and how firms are approaching AI and innovation, brought to life through peer discussion and breakout conversations.
• Day 2 brings the summit to a close with continued dialogue. In the afternoon, Canadian Managing Partners are invited to a post‑summit session and dinner focused on peer connections.
  
  

Participants are eligible to earn up to 8.4 CPE credit hours and 7 CPD credit hours for attending the entire meeting.

Learning Objectives:

• Develop initial action steps to strengthen partner development and succession planning within firms.
• Analyze how firm leadership roles and structures including managing partners, CIOs, and executive teams can be aligned to improve operational effectiveness, technology strategy, and decision‑making.
• Assess workforce and operational strategies, including offshoring models, and their potential impact on capacity, service delivery, risk management, and firm economics.
• Apply insights from peer firms and industry leaders to develop actionable next steps that strengthen leadership readiness, operational strategy, and organizational resilience within their own firms.
